This is an independent contractor position. You are your own boss, allowing you to scale your income based on your performance and the results you deliver for your clients.
We are constantly onboarding new UK small businesses. If you demonstrate high-quality pitching and a strong closing rate, you will have consistent access to a wide variety of campaigns.
While a sales background is a plus, we value cultural fluency and a "hustler" mindset above all. If you are a persuasive communicator who knows your community, we provide the platform to help you succeed.
In addition to competitive base rates, most campaigns offer success fees or commissions. When you close a deal for a client, you earn a significant percentage of that success—uncapped.
