Interpreter Network Agreement and Policies
1.1. Introduction & Network Scope
Welcome to the LingoSales Network. This consolidated policy document governs your role, privacy, safety, and operational standards as an independent bilingual closer on lingosales.com (the 'Platform'). By completing the multi-step onboarding flow, passing the hardware audit, and accepting campaign matches, you agree to these terms in full. You are joining an elite, high-impact network of professional bilingual sales assets.
2.2. Independent Contractor Status (No Corporate Fluff)
As a member of the LingoSales network, you act strictly as an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, or partner of LingoSales or the clients who hire you. You retain full control over your working schedule, the campaigns you choose to accept, and the location from which you operate. You are solely responsible for managing your own local taxes, national insurance, and regulatory declarations under UK or your local country laws.
3.3. Professional UK Payouts & Commission Structure
LingoSales guarantees streamlined, professional payouts for completed campaign work, processed via our secure third-party payment infrastructure (e.g., Stripe). Payout parameters, hourly baseline fees, or high-impact closing commissions are specified transparently within each campaign offer before you click accept. You agree never to solicit or accept direct payments from clients outside the platform; bypassing the LingoSales payment gateway constitutes a material breach and results in immediate, permanent network termination.
4.4. Hardware Requirements & Technical Audits
To maintain our premium brand authority, you must maintain the technical setup validated during your onboarding audit. This includes a low-latency, high-speed internet connection, a professional-grade microphone with zero ambient background noise, and a secure, private room. If a client reports degraded audio quality or background distractions, your active campaign may be paused, and your network status reviewed.
5.5. Interpreter Privacy & Data Sovereignty
We respect your personal privacy. We collect your basic identification details, verified working languages, professional experience, and localized payment credentials. Your sensitive financial information is held securely by our PCI-compliant payment processor. For quality control, fraud prevention, and performance metrics, interactions conducted through platform-routed lines may be securely logged or recorded. These records are strictly restricted to system administrators and the specific client funding the campaign.
6.6. Client Data Protection & Non-Disclosure
In your role, you will be granted temporary access to proprietary client scripts, target lead lists, and personal community contact data. You are bound by strict non-disclosure obligations. You must never copy, export, share, or download client databases or campaign assets to your local machine or external media. Misappropriating community lead data or violating UK GDPR standards during outreach will result in immediate legal escalation and network ban.
7.7. Network Safety and Mutual Respect
LingoSales enforces a zero-tolerance policy against hostility, harassment, or abusive conduct. You have the right to a safe, professional working environment. If a client targets you with discriminatory language, predatory scripts, or inappropriate demands, you must report it immediately via your dashboard. Conversely, you must maintain impeccable professional etiquette with clients and community prospects at all times.
8.8. Prohibited Platform Activities
You agree not to use your language skills or network position to execute malicious practices, financial scams, or unverified offers targeting minority language spaces. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your personal contact details (social media, private phone numbers, personal emails) with platform clients. All scheduling, notes, and campaign work must happen inside the secure platform loop.
9.9. Term, Suspension, and Resignation
You can deactivate your network account or decline campaign requests at any time without penalty. LingoSales reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke your network credentials if you fail consecutive quality audits, fail to show up for scheduled campaign slots without 24-hour notice, or breach any data compliance rule outlined in this agreement.
10.10. Governing Law
This consolidated agreement, network relationship, and any associated disputes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. All parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
