Your marketing scripts must be transparent, verifiable, and fair.

Protection of Network Interpreters: Our bilingual closers are professional sales assets, not tools for abuse. Clients must maintain professional conduct at all times. Any form of harassment, hate speech, offensive behavior, or discrimination directed toward an interpreter will result in a permanent ban from the network.

Vetting and Script Verification: To maintain our high-impact standard, LingoSales reserves the right to review, audit, and pause any campaign script or lead list that flags automated safety protocols. We do not tolerate scripts designed to exploit systemic lack of information within localized communities.

Strict Direct Communication Rules: Clients are strictly prohibited from soliciting personal contact information (such as personal phone numbers, emails, or social media) from network interpreters. All communication, scheduling, and campaign parameters must remain within the secure LingoSales platform to ensure mutual safety.

Reporting and Accountability: If an interpreter reports a campaign for safety or ethical violations, an internal review will be triggered instantly. If the campaign is found to violate our terms, the client account will be locked, and outstanding deposits may be forfeited to cover interpreter compensation.

Compliance with Telemarketing Laws: Clients must guarantee that their campaigns comply with all local calling laws, including 'Do Not Call' registries and specific regional operational hours. LingoSales enforces a clean, compliant outreach network.
